Emerald Coast Dental is pleased to offer our very own in-office dental benefit plan. This plan is designed to save you hundreds of dollars on dental services. This plan gives you the freedom to do the dental work you need/want without the risk of insurance companies dictating your treatment.

This is not an insurance plan, it is better! This dental benefit plan is easy to understand. There are no deductibles, no waiting periods, no monthly premiums and best of all, no maximum on how much you can save! Meaning you can come into our office today and start improving your dental health at a more affordable price!

How does our dental benefit plan work?

You pay an annual fee directly to our practice to receive preventative care and discounts on all other services. Many insurance policies have limitations on covered services and you have to fight with them for your covered benefits. Our in-office benefit plan offers coverage for all services in our office without the hassle of insurance plans. We offer 100% transparent pricing at time of service.

What does our dental benefit include?

Our benefit plan is simple, unlike insurance plans, there are no hoops to jump through!

Limitations

• This benefit plan includes but is not limited to 15% off: periodontal maintenance (D4910), periodontal scaling and root planing (D4341, D4342), full mouth debridement (D4355), composite (white) fillings, crowns, veneers, root canals, extractions, dentures, and partials. All services we offer in our office are eligible for this discount.
• The Emerald Coast Dental in-house dental benefit plan is a discount program, not an insurance plan. This plan is offered to individuals who do not have dental insurance. This plan is designed to provide a way for patients to have the dental care they need/want at a more affordable price.
• This plan cannot be combined with any other offer, discount, or insurance plan.
• This plan is limited to Emerald Coast Dental only.
• There are no refunds on paid plan fee. This benefit plan is non-transferable. It is the sole responsibility of the member to schedule appointments to maximize this benefit in the 12-month period starting on enrollment date.
• Plan fees may be adjusted annually.
• This plan cannot be back dated to include treatment in the process of completion and/or already rendered prior to enrollment date.
• *Routine cleaning (D1110, D1120). Additional cleanings will be charged at our discounted fee.
